Appendices 4 to 8 respectively are "Look-up Tables" of chronostratigraphic ranges of planktic foraminifera, nannofossils, marker beds and geochemical events, ammonites, and benthic foraminifera interpolated by graphic correlation. These tables are available to be copied and examined. See this paper for explanation on how the ranges were derived.
